Refund policy
At Michelle's Creative Crafts, all items are handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of shipping damage.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately at boycemichelle@msn.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review your claim, we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable except in the case of shipping damage as described above. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.
